We Are Experienced Private Landlords in Leicester
We are a partnership of private landlords, and we rent properties to professional tenants in Leicestershire. We have houses, flats, and rooms in a shared-house, in and around the areas of Highfields, Stoneygate, Evington and Scraptoft (the postal districts of LE2, LE5 and LE7). Furthermore, we are experienced, hands-on, landlords who are focused on the needs of our tenants and the care of our properties. All the properties we rent are decent, safe and well managed.
We can trace our roots in the rented accommodation business back to 1960. We have many years of experience serving scores of satisfied tenants.
Not only that, but we pride ourselves on the standard of the rental accommodation we offer. The upkeep and maintenance of our flats and houses is of paramount importance to ensuring the satisfaction of all our tenants.
All our properties comply with applicable regulations, and are tested for electrical and gas safety as appropriate.
We offer long and short term rentals, with a minimum of 6 months. Furnished and unfurnished properties are available.
Some of our tenants have been with us for over 30 years, some moved away and later came back to us, and we get many recommendations from happy tenants.

Industry Association
The National Residential Landlords Association has experience going back decades, and it is the UK's largest membership organisation for private residential landlords. Over 100,000 landlords and agents are members, who own and manage around half a million properties. We believe it is the most effective campaigning organisation for landlord AND tenant well-being. Consumer Redress Scheme
We are members of the Property Redress Scheme, which is a straightforward and easy to use consumer redress (ombudsman) service, authorised by the UK Government. Their role is to provide fair and reasonable resolutions to complaints between members of the public and property professionals. Our membership number is PRS003599.
Client Money Protection Scheme
